Poconos Hot Tub Service FAQ

Do you repair hot tubs?

Yes. We diagnose and repair common heating, flow, pump, heater, control and accessible leak problems. We begin with a scheduled or priority diagnostic, explain the likely cause and quote parts and approved repair work separately.

What should I send with a repair request?

Include the property address, hot tub make and model, approximate age, symptoms, visible error code, clear photos of the control panel and equipment area, urgency and whether the tub is at an STR with an upcoming guest.

What if my hot tub is not heating?

Request a diagnostic. Causes can include low water, restricted flow, a dirty filter, pump or circulation problems, sensors, heater components, controls or electrical-supply conditions. Avoid repeatedly resetting a system that continues to trip.

What does a diagnostic include?

We review the reported symptoms, inspect accessible equipment and perform checks directed by the problem. A scheduled diagnostic starts at $149; priority STR diagnostics start at $199. The fee covers the service call and troubleshooting, not parts or additional repair labor.

Do you work on pumps, heaters and controls?

Yes. We diagnose weak or failed circulation, noisy or non-starting pumps, heating loss, control-panel faults, sensors, flow errors and related spa-system problems. The final repair path depends on what testing confirms.

Can you find hot tub leaks?

We inspect accessible equipment, unions, pump areas and visible plumbing for common sources of water loss. Hidden, underground or structural leaks may require additional leak-location work or a specialist.

What does STR Guest-Ready include?

The $349/month plan includes up to four scheduled visits per monthly billing period for water testing and balancing, standard maintenance chemicals, filter care, accessible cleaning, water-level and circulation checks, heating observation, visible-leak checks and service notes. Additional STR visits are $79.

Do you offer emergency or priority service?

Priority STR diagnostics start at $199. Priority status improves scheduling order when a guest arrival is at risk, but does not guarantee same-day arrival, parts availability or repair before check-in. Tell us the next guest check-in date and time.

How often should a homeowner tub be serviced?

Monthly can work for light use and stable water. Biweekly is a better fit for most regularly used homeowner tubs, while weekly service supports heavier use or owners who want closer oversight. We can recommend a starting schedule from your usage and water history.

Are chemicals included?

Standard maintenance chemicals are included in recurring maintenance visits. Specialty chemicals, purge products, replacement filters, unusual contamination treatment and high-volume corrective work are separate.

Do you drain the tub at every visit?

No. Routine visits focus on water care, cleaning and operating checks. A drain is recommended when water age, contamination, dissolved solids, neglect or another condition makes a reset necessary.

Do you drain, deep clean and refill tubs?

Yes. Drain/deep-clean/refill service starts at $295 and includes draining, deep cleaning accessible spa surfaces, refilling, initial balancing and standard start-up chemicals. Final pricing can vary with size, condition, access and water availability.

Do you winterize and reopen hot tubs?

Yes. We provide winterization and seasonal start-up for Poconos homes, cabins and vacation rentals. Timing matters: contact us before sustained freezing weather or before you need the tub returned to service.

Where do you work?

We serve Poconos communities including Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, Tannersville, Mount Pocono, Pocono Pines, Lake Harmony, Blakeslee, Albrightsville and nearby areas. Send the exact property address to confirm availability.
